這兩年，不少城里人都開始在鄉(xiāng)間購買農(nóng)家小院，周末或假日的時(shí)候舉家去那里呼吸新鮮空氣。在國外，這樣的人也不少呢。有些純粹是為了投資，有些也是為了逃離大城市的喧囂而去的。

雖說ruralpolitans 這個(gè)詞大約在20世紀(jì)90年代就出現(xiàn)了，不過近幾年卻開始引人關(guān)注，一個(gè)是因?yàn)榻?jīng)濟(jì)衰退，還有一個(gè)是因?yàn)樵絹碓蕉嗟娜藗冮_始注重綠色和更加可持續(xù)的生活方式。
