“興趣是最好的老師”,我對這句話深有感觸。我最大的興趣就是運動。所有人對此都表示驚訝與懷疑,我依然堅持自己的決定。經過兩年的苦練,我成功的考入大學。所以面對職業選擇時,應先了解自己的興趣愛好。通過霍蘭德職業測評法,知道自己的職業興趣是sei型,喜歡社會溝通,管理事務,研究探索。

短期目標:擴展和加強專業知識,順利拿到籃球裁判證,教師資格證并且走上教師崗位。
中期目標:在所在的工作單位提出增加體育課的節數和體育設施建設方案并努力爭取獲得實施權。
遠期目標:推廣中期目標,帶領大家發展全民健身運動,增加公共的體育設施。
為了這些目標和職業的實現我必須做到:
1、認真學習。學習永遠是第一位的,作為學生,學習好是所有事的本錢,作為大學生,有了更多的精力和時間參加更多的活動,生活固然豐富多彩,但更應該重視學習,處理好學習與工作,學習與活動的關系。學習目標的實現要使自己在知識和能力上都有進步。
2、認真的等待專業知識與訓練:專業課要學好,包括術科、理論、擴充課外知識。這是當老師的基本要求。
3、保持良好的交接關系,這會成為以后工作的助力,并且朋友可以讓我保持良好心情,而且作為一名老師,一定要學會如何與學生,同事,上級相處,所以,這很重要。
4、課余時間學習管理方面的知識。
“天有不測風云”。如果說由于某一環節出錯導致無法當一名教師,那么我將選擇的第二職業是:自主創業:開一家兒童服裝店,在鄉下幾乎沒有專門賣兒童服裝的店,那些服裝店只是順帶賣兒童裝,并且款式也很老,隨著生活水平的提高,人們也更加注重穿著打扮了,父母常會想:“以前自己是個孩子時衣服都穿不暖,現在我不但要讓我的孩子穿暖,還要穿好穿漂亮,讓其充滿自信向前奔跑”,現在的兒童裝越來越漂亮,而且小孩也愛美,所以我認為在鄉下開一家兒童服裝店也很有發展前途。
