Eat the Loyal Guard

In China, it is a very common phenomenon of eating dog’s meat. Especially inwinter, if someone would like to mend the body, the first food come to theirmind would be dog meat, Chinese people consider it as a wonderful thing forblood-deficiency, dizziness. However, some people are quite different from eachother in their opinions on eating dog meat, they think we should stop eatingit. For me, I couldn’t agree with more.

在中國，吃狗肉是非常常見的現(xiàn)象。特別是在冬天，如果有人想給身體進補，第一個想到的食物就是狗肉。中國人把狗肉當(dāng)做是治療血氣不足，頭暈眼花的圣品。然而，有些人對吃狗肉持有不同的看法，他們認為應(yīng)該停止吃狗肉。對我來說，完全同意這種看法。

Ihave reason to support my view, dog are human’s best friend, we should not eatour friend. Dogs are kept as a guard for family, and most families treat thedog as a family member, especially in the foreign family. While in Yulin,Guangxi province, there is a dog meat festival that held every year. When itcomes to this festival, thousands of dogs were killed in the street fortourists to eat. That is a very bloody, cruel behavior. Unfortunately, thesource of dog meat is usually illegal, which most comes from some one’s pet dogor the guard dog of village. Bad people would catch the dog that wondering inthe street or village, if they want more, they will poison them, then theycould catch them in a much easy way.

我有理由支持我的看法，狗是人類的朋友，我們不應(yīng)吃掉我們的朋友。狗還是家里養(yǎng)來當(dāng)看家守衛(wèi)的，很多家庭還把狗狗當(dāng)做家庭的一員，特別是在外國的家庭里。然而在廣西省玉林市，有個每年都舉行的狗肉節(jié)。每到這個節(jié)日，成千上萬只狗狗會被當(dāng)街宰殺供游客食用。這是非常血腥殘忍的行為。不幸的是，很多狗肉的來源都是非法的，這些狗大部分來自于別人家的寵物狗和村里的守衛(wèi)狗。壞人會抓游蕩在街上或村里的狗狗，如果他們想要更多，他們會毒死它們，這樣就更容易抓了。

Takingthe above mentioned into consideration, I think, it is high time that we tookeffective measures to prevent this kind of behavior, if permitted to continue,will surely lead to a horrible situation, such as the number of dog fellsharply, and the people who eat dog meat might get sick for unhygienic orpoisonous meat. Dogs are our friend and our loyal guard, not our food.

綜上所訴，我認為是時候想方法阻止這種行為了，如果繼續(xù)下去，肯定會變成糟糕的境況，例如狗狗的數(shù)量劇減，還有吃狗肉的人們可能會因為不干凈或者有毒的肉而生病。狗狗是我們的朋友也是忠實的守衛(wèi)，而不是我們的食物。
